I need to place an emergency order! What should I do?
During normal business hours (8am - 5pm, M-F), please call 763.843.2000 or place an order on this website. For after hours ordering or quotes, please call one of the after hour contacts (click here for contact info).
I need to place a really BIG order! What should I do?
During normal business hours (8am - 5pm, M-F), please call 763.843.2000 for a custom quote that is discounted for large quantities. For after hours ordering or quotes, please call one of the after hour contacts (click here for contact info).
Which forms of payment do you accept?
www.911sandbags.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, if you are the end user of the sandbags. Jacobs Trading Company is required to charge sales tax for orders shipped to the following states: Florida (6%), Indiana (7%), Minnesota (6.875%), Nevada (6.5%), New York (4.0%), Oklahoma (4.5%), and Texas (6.25%). Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process.

If you are a tax exempt organization, sales taxes can be waived during the checkout process. After creating a user account on the website, (but before completing the checkout process) email or fax us the appropriate tax exemption documentation. After we receive the documentation, we will mark your account as tax exempt and you will not be charged sales tax for on-line orders placed under your account.
When will I receive my sandbags?
Items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Transit time is 3-6 business days via UPS Ground Delivery.

OverNight and Saturday deliveries are available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially in areas where inclemant weather is imminent. (e.g. hurricanes). In such situations, please keep in contact with the carrier for tracking information. We do the absolute best we can, but JTC cannot be held responsible for the delivery of sandbags after your order has been turned over to the delivery company.
How can I track my order?
Anytime after ordering your items, you can check your order status under 'Your Account', then click 'Order History'. When your order is complete and shipped, you will notice the tracking number along with the order detail.

We will also attempt to send you an email listing the tracking id. Please contact UPS with any delivery questions or concerns.

If you contact JTC and purchase a custom quote, you will receive tracking information that will not be displayed on this website.
Are these sandbags filled?
No. Because of cost, weight, and transportation issues, we are unable to ship filled sandbags. Please see the 'Sandbag Basics' section for help on filling and handling sandbags.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, within North America. Please contact us for shipping rates and logistics information. Additional shipping is charged for areas outside the 50 states.
I work for a government agency or municipality. I don't need to place an order right now, but I do want to pre-arrange payment, logistics, and vendor information. What should I do?
